Philosophy of Care

Our dedicated team of staff assist each individual to lead a meaningful life with as much independence and freedom as possible.

We have a duty of care to provide the best care possible whilst enabling Resident’s to maintain the lifestyle of their choice.

The Proprietors and staff have a proven track record for providing ‘Excellent’ care to Resident’s and service users. Although we are not registered to provide any nursing care, we do offer a high level of care to enable Residents to remain here in their home until the end of their days (as long as this is medically viable) with the input of their G.P., community nurses and other relevant health professionals.

Each Resident has an individual care plan which is comprehensive and details their needs, wishes, treatment, life history and personal details. This enables staff to care for Residents as individuals offering a full package of care and support even when someone has complex care needs. We do out utmost to explain, consult and gain approval from the Resident for any care given.

We believe in the dignity and value of each individual. We focus on peoples abilities, whilst assisting Resident’s with disabilities in a flexible, professional manner. The goal is to ensure peoples needs are met in a homely clean environment, where Resident’s feel safe and comfortable.
